Langsmith Editor サービス終了と後継サービスのお知らせ

平素より Langsmith Editor をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

このたび当サービスは、より高度で一貫した生成AI活用体験を提供する新サービス Langsmith Cowriter のリリースに伴い、2026年3月31日（火）をもちましてサービスを終了させていただくこととなりました。

ご利用いただいている皆様にはご迷惑をおかけし大変申し訳ございませんが、これまでご愛顧いただきましたこと、心より御礼申し上げます。

サービス終了の背景

Langsmith Editor は、文章生成や編集作業を支援するツールとして多くの方にご利用いただいてまいりました。

しかし、近年の生成AI活用シーンの拡大に伴い、より高度な文書生成・業務統合を実現するため、機能を全面刷新した Langsmith Cowriter を新たに提供する運びとなりました。

これにより、サービスの重複および開発リソースの集中の観点から、Langsmith Editor を終了いたします。

サービス終了スケジュール

サービス終了に関するスケジュールは以下を予定しております。

2026年3月31日（火）までは、通常通りご利用いただけます。2026年4月1日（水）以降はログインできません。
日程は変更となる場合があります。変更等がある場合には、本ページにてご案内いたします。
返金対応・データ削除作業が完了次第、サポートを終了させていただきます。

自動サブスクリプション更新停止について

2026年2月27日（金）をもって弊社側で一括停止いたします。
ユーザー側での操作は不要です。

返金対応について

返金対象ユーザーは、2026年3月末時点でプレミアムプラン契約期間が残っているご契約者様となります。
サービス終了に伴う未使用期間の返金については、日割りで算出いたします。
2026年4月以降に返金対応予定となっております。別途ご案内させていただきます。
サービス終了前にユーザーが任意でアカウント削除を行った場合、返金ができない場合があります。

データの取り扱い

サービス終了および法令遵守の観点から、ユーザーデータは以下の方針で対応いたします。

対象データは、ユーザーが本サービスにアップロードまたは入力したデータ、生成されたデータ、請求書および関連ドキュメント、アカウント情報および個人情報など本サービスに関連する全データを含みます。

データダウンロードについて: サービス終了日まで、ユーザーは自身のデータ（請求書、テキストデータ等）をダウンロードできます。
バックアップ保持期間と目的: サービス終了後、システム保守および法令遵守（会計・税務・監査対応など）のため、バックアップデータを保有する場合があります。保有期間が終了した後、バックアップを含むすべてのデータを完全に削除いたします。
個人情報の取り扱いとデータ削除: 個人情報は、当社プライバシーポリシーに基づき適切に管理し、不要となった時点で速やかに削除します。また、対象のデータは、保持期間の終了後、保存先サーバーおよびバックアップ媒体から完全に削除します。
ユーザーによる削除・アカウント解約時の注意: サービス終了前にユーザー自身でアカウント削除／退会を行った場合、残存していたデータおよびバックアップデータは即時削除または弊社裁量で削除され、返金は行われない可能性があります。
例外および留意事項: 法令（会計・税務・電子帳簿保存法等）に基づき保存が義務付けられているデータおよび監査・トラブル対応・不正利用調査のため一定期間保存が必要なログデータについては、当該期間終了まで適切に保管した後、完全に削除いたします。

後継サービス「Langsmith Cowriter」について

2026年1月下旬（予定）より、サービス終了後の後継サービスとして Langsmith Cowriter を新たに提供いたします。

Langsmith Cowriterは、提供開始時点では日本語のみ対応となります。

Langsmith Cowriter は、より高度な執筆支援機能を備え、ビジネス文書・企画書・ブログ・小説・趣味の文章まで、あらゆる執筆作業を効率よく行えるよう設計されています。

Langsmith Cowriterの主な特徴

AIチャット
- 文章の続きを提案したり、アイデア出しをサポートしたり、内容が想定読者に適しているかをチェックするなど、チャット形式で柔軟に相談できます。
ドラフト生成（初稿作成）
- メモやアウトラインを入力するだけで、ボタンひとつで初稿を作成。白紙から書き始める負担を大きく軽減します。
ペルソナ（想定読者）設定
- 想定読者を設定することで、AIの提案やチャットの応答がそのペルソナに合わせて最適化されます。文脈に合ったフィードバックが得られ、レビュアーとして活用できます。

Langsmith Editor をご利用いただいていたお客様につきましても、Langsmith Cowriter をご利用いただくには新たにアカウントの作成が必要となります。

Langsmith Editor Discontinuation and New Service Information

Thank you for using Langsmith Editor.

We regret to inform you that this service will be discontinued on March 31, 2026, due to the release of Langsmith Cowriter, a new service that provides a more advanced and consistent generative AI experience.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our users and express our heartfelt gratitude to all customers who have used our service.

All times are Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9).

Background of Service Discontinuation

Langsmith Editor has been widely used as a tool to support text generation and editing tasks.

However, with the recent expansion of generative AI applications, we have decided to launch Langsmith Cowriter, a new service with completely revamped functions, to achieve more advanced document generation and business integration.

Consequently, Langsmith Editor will be discontinued due to service overlap and the need to concentrate development resources.

Service Discontinuation Schedule

The schedule for service discontinuation is as follows:

You will be able to use the service as usual until, March 31, 2026. From April 1, 2026, you will no longer be able to login.
Dates are subject to change. Any changes will be announced on this page.
Support will end once refund processing and data deletion are completed.

Suspension of Automatic Subscription Renewal and Refund Policy

Regarding suspension of automatic subscription renewal

We will collectively suspend all automatic renewals on February 27, 2026.
No action is required from users.

Regarding refunds

Customers eligible for refunds are those who have remaining time on a Premium plan subscription as of March 31, 2026.
Refunds for any unused portion of a subscription will be calculated on a prorated (daily) basis.
Refunds are scheduled to be processed from April 2026; we will provide further instructions separately.
If a user voluntarily deletes their account prior to the service discontinuation, they may become ineligible for a refund.

Data Handling

In consideration of service discontinuation and legal compliance, user data will be handled according to the following policy.

Target data includes all data related to this service, such as data uploaded or entered by users, generated data, invoices and related documents, account information, and personal information.

Regarding data download: Users can download their data (invoices, text data, etc.) until the service discontinuation date.
Backup retention period and purpose: After the service discontinuation, backup data may be retained for system maintenance and legal compliance (accounting, tax, audit response, etc.). After the retention period ends, all data, including backups, will be completely deleted.
Handling of personal information and data deletion: Personal information will be managed appropriately in accordance with our privacy policy and promptly deleted when no longer needed. In addition, target data will be completely deleted from storage servers and backup media after the retention period ends.
Caution when deleting by user or canceling account: If a user deletes their account/withdraws before the service discontinuation, remaining data and backup data may be immediately deleted or deleted at our discretion, and refunds may not be issued.
Exceptions and caveats: Data that is legally required to be retained (e.g., for accounting, tax, electronic book preservation laws) and log data that needs to be retained for a certain period for audits, troubleshooting, or investigation of unauthorized use will be appropriately stored until the end of that period, and then completely deleted.

About the New Service “Langsmith Cowriter”

From January 20, 2026 (tentative), we will offer Langsmith Cowriter as the new service after the discontinuation of the current service.

Langsmith Cowriter will be available in Japanese only at launch.

Langsmith Cowriter is designed to provide more advanced writing assistance features, enabling efficient writing for all types of tasks, from business documents, proposals, and blogs to novels and hobby-related texts.

Chat with an AI assistant for guidance and feedback
- You can flexibly consult in a chat format, such as suggesting continuations of sentences, assisting with brainstorming, or checking if the content is appropriate for the target audience.
Automatically generate a first draft
- Simply input notes or an outline, and a first draft can be created with a single click. This significantly reduces the burden of starting from a blank page.
Optimize your text for your target audience
- By setting a target audience, AI suggestions and chat responses will be optimized for that persona. You can receive contextually relevant feedback and utilize it as a reviewer.
